This vibrant establishment offers sophisticated all-day dining, featuring a range of culinary delights from brasserie classics to exquisite vegan and vegetarian dishes, ensuring there’s something to delight every palate, seven days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Understand and efficiently manage guest expectations, delivering exceptional service.
• Leadership: Exhibit a strong front-of-house presence, inspiring and leading your team to excellence.
• Financial Management: Fully grasp and articulate financial targets, establish and maintain realistic budgets, and implement strategies to improve profitability and manage costs effectively.
• Industry Expertise: Demonstrate an up-to-date and in-depth understanding of the industry, identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities in alignment with company goals and brand.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience: Proven track record of managing large, structured teams in high-paced, high-volume, exceptional service restaurants or upmarket venue environments.
• Leadership: Lead by example, inspiring and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high morale.
• Commitment to Excellence: Possess the confidence to go the extra mile and consistently wow guests with outstanding service.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
