Duty Manager – Luxury Hotel Dublin – 4 Day Week – €40k-€50k + tips 

Red D have an extraordinary opportunity for an exceptional Duty Manager to join the team in one of the nation’s most opulent luxury hotels! The Duty Manager is responsible for the operation of the hotel across all departments but with specific, direct oversight, for the rooms team (two days per week) and the F&B team (two days per week).

Core Skillset

  • Third-level hospitality degree, with a proven track record in F&B, up to Management level, and rounded general hotel departmental experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and effective leadership qualities Ability to remain calm and in control during busy periods
  • Maintaining a professional image at all times through appearance and demeanour
  • Proficiency in the use of all Microsoft applications
  • Adaptable, managing a multitude of scenarios across all departments, leading with confidence and finesse, inspiring and motivating your team to deliver flawless service and elevating the guest experience to new heights.

Key responsibilities:

  • To work as part of the management team, working shifts including early and late shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • To have an in-depth understanding of 5* service standards and company policies & procedures and to ensure the SOPs are adhered to on daily basis.
  • To oversee daily activities within the hotel.
  • To ensure that all customers are receiving the best customer service and care and that any complaints are dealt with timely, effectively, and efficiently.
  • To work closely with the Departmental Managers and provide support in the operation of the hotel.
