Red D are recruiting a Head Chef for one of the most impressive restaurants in the greater Dublin

Our client is seeking an ambitious Head Chef who has a proven background in upmarket restaurants and who is focused on seasonality and provenance. The Head Chef will draw on fine Irish local and foraged ingredients to showcase some of the country’s most talented and dedicated artisan producers.

The successful candidate will be an exceptional leader with great people skills. A very talented chef, who can inspire, motivate and develop a team, you must be driven and obsessed with great ingredients, great food and very good restaurants.

You will be commercially astute and have experience of dealing with all aspects of kitchen and restaurant management including costs, margins and HACCP.
