Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a passion for motivating and guiding teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue and profit targets while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, including health and safety, food and beverage, and environmental sustainability.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
