We are recruiting a talented Marketing Executive for a leading company in the food and beverage industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s food and beverage products. This role requires creativity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple marketing channels effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development:
    Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement strategies that align with the company’s business goals. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Campaign Coordination:
    Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and monitor campaign performance.
  • Digital Marketing:
    Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Analyse performance using tools like Google Analytics and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    Conduct research to identify industry trends and customer preferences. Analyse data and prepare reports to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Event Planning and Coordination:
    Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events, trade shows, and product launches. Measure and report on event success and ROI.
  • Brand Management:
    Help maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and identity. Ensure consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing materials.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to support marketing initiatives. Coordinate with graphic designers and copywriters to produce high-quality materials.
  • Budget Management:
    Assist in tracking marketing expenses, managing the marketing budget, and processing invoices. Identify cost-saving opportunities to optimize marketing spend.

Qualifications:

  • Required:
    • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role within the food and beverage industry.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
    • Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with occasional travel for events and meetings.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
