Director of Food & Beverage

About the Role:

Red D Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Food & Beverage for one of Dublin’s leading four-star hotels, renowned for its exceptional food & beverage offerings across corporate, events, and leisure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Food & Beverage department, ensuring extraordinary service and guest satisfaction across multiple outlets.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Head Chef and senior management team to deliver innovative and market-driven F&B experiences.
• Oversee the P&L of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring financial targets are met and maintained.
• Stay attuned to market trends and maintain extensive knowledge of food and wine to drive the hotel’s competitive edge.
• Foster a culture of excellent communication and collaboration within the Food & Beverage team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Operations, Deputy Manager, or a strong Food & Beverage Manager in a leading hotel.
• Strong strategic management skills with a deep understanding of F&B finance.
• Extensive knowledge of market trends, food, and wine.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and communication.
