Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Bars & Lounge, ensuring smooth service and efficient team management
- Lead and develop the F&B team, focusing on training programs that enhance service standards
- Ensure consistency across all F&B outlets by providing support during peak times
- Collaborate on menu planning and promotional initiatives to elevate guest experiences
- Manage beverage stock and maintain adherence to all legal obligations
- Drive operational efficiency while managing costs and budgets effectively
- Uphold guest and employee satisfaction by maintaining high standards across all F&B services
