Key Responsibilities
As General Manager, you will:

• Oversee daily operations across all properties within the group.
• Lead and inspire a team of department heads to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure all operational and service standards are maintained to the highest level.
• Drive financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue streams.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through staff training and development.
• Act as an ambassador for the hotel group, maintaining strong relationships with guests, the local community, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and employment regulations.
