The Role:

As HR Manager, you will:

• Lead the HR function for this brand-new lifestyle hotel.
• Work closely with senior management to create a positive, high-performance workplace culture.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding, ensuring the hotel attracts and retains the best hospitality talent.
• Manage employee relations, training, and career development initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures align with legal compliance and industry best practices.
• Drive employee engagement and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and exceptional service.
