What’s Involved?

  • Event Planning & Coordination – Oversee every aspect of event execution, from initial inquiry to flawless delivery. Work with esteemed clients to bring their vision to life with precision and elegance.
  • Client Relations & Sales – Conduct exclusive estate tours, provide expert consultations, and build lasting relationships. Create bespoke proposals that showcase premium services and experiences.
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Management – Partner with top-tier vendors to ensure a seamless and luxurious event experience. Negotiate contracts and uphold the highest standards of excellence.
  • Event Execution – Be on-site to oversee set-up, service flow, and guest satisfaction. Anticipate needs, solve challenges, and ensure perfection from start to finish.
  • Post-Event Analysis – Gather feedback, track performance metrics, and refine strategies to maintain a world-class reputation.

 

What’s Needed?

  • Degree in Hospitality, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury hotel or events industry.
  • Expertise in handling high-end clientele, including brides and grooms.
  • Proven sales performance with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and a flair for creativity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience with event management software is an advantage.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for curating unforgettable experiences.
