The Role

The General Manager will be responsible for the overall running, profitability, and success of the property This hands-on position requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to maintaining high standards. The role involves managing all departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering excellent service while achieving financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and implement revenue strategies to maximise profitability.

• Ensure outstanding guest experiences, responding to feedback and driving service improvements.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or other senior leadership role in the hotel industry.
