This is an outstanding opportunity to take on a key leadership role in a landmark property where discretion, five-star service, and attention to detail define every interaction. As Head Concierge, you will lead the front-of-house team in delivering an exceptional lifestyle experience to high-profile residents and guests.

You’ll be the central point of contact for all resident needs — from managing lifestyle requests to overseeing daily operations — while upholding the highest standards of privacy, safety, and presentation.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in luxury residential or five-star hospitality settings
• Strong team leadership, service delivery, and operational oversight skills
• A professional, polished presence with a warm, solution-focused approach
• Discretion, sound judgement, and a commitment to excellence
• Knowledge of concierge systems, GDPR, and Health & Safety protocols

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role in a calm, elegant environment that prioritises service excellence and team wellbeing.
