Red D are recruiting an experienced and commercially astute Assistant Director of Revenue for a luxury hotel in Dublin.

This is a senior-level opportunity for a driven individual who is ready to support and shape revenue strategy within a highly successful, fast-paced property. Reporting to the Director of Revenue, this role will focus primarily on rooms revenue with a growing emphasis on total revenue management, including group, F&B and ancillary streams.

You will interpret business analytics to help shape tactical strategies, guide a high-performing hotel team, and lead key meetings with senior stakeholders. This is an ideal position for someone passionate about commercial performance, data-driven decision making, and influencing strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of dynamic pricing and inventory control strategies
• Monitor competitive performance, market trends, and demand generators to inform decisions
• Manage key revenue reports, including pace, segment ceilings, group displacement and more
• Play a leading role in weekly revenue strategy meetings and contribute to forecasting and budgeting
• Collaborate with Sales, Conference & Banqueting, and Reservations to ensure cohesive strategy
• Provide tactical support to the Reservations and Front Office teams, enhancing upsell efforts and conversion rates
• Drive a strong revenue culture through training, mentorship and cross-departmental collaboration

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a revenue management role within a luxury or large-scale hotel
• Exceptional analytical skills with a strategic mindset
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market segmentation and demand trends
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with senior management
• A collaborative team player with a flexible and professional approach
• Proficient in key revenue tools and systems (PMS, RMS, channel managers, GDS etc.)
