Red D are recruiting a Front Office Manager / Guest Relations Manager for a brand-new luxury hotel in Dublin City Centre.
This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a pre-opening team and play a leading role in creating a seamless, memorable customer experience from day one. You will be at the forefront of the hotel’s operations, ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome and outstanding service in one of Dublin’s most exciting new hospitality destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all Front Office pre-opening activities, including recruitment, training, and the implementation of SOPs.
- Oversee daily Front Office and Guest Relations operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for all customers.
- Supervise check-in and check-out processes, maintaining the highest service standards.
- Handle customer feedback and respond to online reviews, driving service improvements.
- Coordinate group bookings, special events, and room allocations in collaboration with the Reservations Manager.
- Manage guest room security and key control, ensuring customer safety at all times.
- Drive upselling initiatives and support revenue strategies alongside other departments.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal requirements, and hotel policies.
- Oversee billing procedures and ensure cash handling and credit policies are followed.
- Promote the hotel’s offerings and local experiences to enhance each customer’s stay.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a senior Front Office or Guest Relations role within a quality hotel environment.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a friendly, engaging demeanour.
- Proficiency in Front Office systems; OTA knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
