Red D are recruiting a Revenue Manager for one of Dublin’s most iconic four-star hotels.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Revenue or Reservations professional to step into an executive role, helping to shape the commercial success of a renowned property. Working closely with the hotel’s General Manager and Group Director of Revenue, you’ll lead both rooms and conference & banqueting revenue performance, while also managing and developing a passionate Reservations team.
As Revenue Manager, you’ll combine a sharp eye for strategy, distribution, and analytics with a real focus on people — coaching and mentoring a team who truly care about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the hotel’s revenue management and distribution strategy across rooms and Conference & Banqueting.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Group Director of Revenue to deliver on commercial goals.
- Manage and grow the Reservations department, making sure every guest booking is handled with care and efficiency.
- Be an active part of the hotel’s Executive Team, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Front Office colleagues.
- Deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting.
- Keep a close eye on market trends, demand, and competitor activity to stay one step ahead.
- Support the recruitment, training, and continuous development of your team.
About You:
- You’ll have experience as an Assistant Revenue Manager or Reservations Manager in a quality hotel environment.
- You have a strong track record of hitting KPIs and maximising revenue opportunities.
- You’re commercially sharp, with excellent forecasting and budgeting skills.
- You’re familiar with Opera PMS, IDeaS or a similar yield management tool.
- You’re a team player with great communication skills and real attention to detail.
- You’re curious about the market and passionate about performance — always looking for ways to improve.
