As Area Manager, you’ll:

Lead, coach, and motivate dynamic restaurant teams across multiple locations.
Build a culture that puts customer experience and team pride at the heart of everything.
Drive revenue, smash KPIs, and take operational excellence to the next level.
Own recruitment, training, retention and leadership development across your area.
Uphold brand standards, consistency, and a truly exceptional guest experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven success as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Manager, or District Manager in the hospitality or casual dining sectors.
Passion for people, service, leadership, and results.
Commercially sharp with strong P&L, KPI and business growth experience.
Resilient, agile, and fearless in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
At least 2 years’ multi-site leadership experience.
