Red D are recruiting an Executive Head Chef for a high-volume, high-quality restaurant on a stunning estate in close to Dublin.
This is a big role in a brilliant environment, overseeing the daily running of a large, fast-paced kitchen. The restaurant serves high volumes without compromising on quality, with a strong focus on standards, consistency and teamwork.
It’s an ideal role for an experienced Head Chef, Executive Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef coming from a very busy, high-end kitchen.
You’ll need to be super organised, calm under pressure and great with people.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-expectation environment, so the ability to plan, communicate and lead by example is key.
What we’re looking for:
- Head Chef, Executive Sous or senior Sous Chef experience in five-star or high-end kitchens
- Proven ability to manage high-volume services with precision and calm
- Strong leadership, people management and mentoring skills
- Highly organised with excellent kitchen admin and planning
- Team-focused, positive and open to feedback
