Red D are recruiting a Regional Financial Controller for a well-known Irish hospitality group. This senior-level role will oversee the financial operations of several luxury properties across the country, providing strategic and operational financial leadership.
As Regional Financial Controller, you’ll work closely with General Managers, Group Finance and the senior leadership team to drive performance, ensure compliance, and deliver accurate and insightful reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly accounts, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Support GMs with analysis, planning and commercial performance reviews
• Implement group finance policies, controls and compliance processes
• Lead and mentor on-site finance teams

Ideal Candidate:

• Fully qualified accountant with hotel finance experience
• Proven leadership in a multi-property or regional role
• Strong commercial awareness, systems experience and interpersonal skills
