Red D are recruiting a General Manager for a prestigious four-star hotel in Dublin.

We’re looking for an experienced General Manager ready to take on the challenge of leading a diverse team across accommodation, food & beverage, spa, and events operations.  You’ll understand what drives corporate bookings, know how to attract and retain key business clients, and build relationships that keep the hotel top of mind for companies and event organisers.

Your day will range from refining operational processes that keep the hotel running smoothly to crafting innovative sales and marketing strategies that put this Dublin hotel on the map for both local and international visitors. You’ll dive into budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, finding opportunities to boost revenue while maintaining the highest standards of service.
