Red D are recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager for a well-known gastropub in County Clare.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the front-of-house operation at one of Ireland’s best-loved hospitality venues. Set in the heart of Doolin, this busy gastropub is known for its warm atmosphere, live music, and excellent food—all delivered with genuine, friendly service.
As Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the guest experience on the floor, leading a strong front-of-house team and ensuring smooth service from open to close. You’ll manage rotas, training, stock control, and day-to-day operations, with the support of experienced, hands-on owners.
We’re looking for someone with solid experience in high-volume, informal hospitality—ideally from a restaurant or hotel background. This is a full-time, permanent role in a business that operates all year round. It would suit someone who loves being on the floor, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a calm, consistent approach to service.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong Food & Beverage management experience in a restaurant or casual dining setting
- Be confident leading busy front-of-house operations

- Be well-organised and commercially aware
