Red D are recruiting an Accommodation Manager for a boutique luxury hotel in Co. Kildare.

This is a brilliant opportunity to lead the accommodation team in one of Ireland’s most elegant small hotels. The property is known for its calm, discreet atmosphere and exceptionally high standards. Every detail matters, and the guest experience is everything.

We’re looking for an experienced Accommodation Manager who is confident running their own department and understands the level of polish required in a luxury setting. We’ll also consider a strong Number 2 — someone who has been working as an Assistant Accommodation Manager or Deputy Executive Housekeeper in a high-end property and is now ready to step into a leadership role with the right support.

You’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the accommodation department, manage a small, professional team, and ensure everything from rooms to public areas is flawless.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the housekeeping function to maintain five-star standards across rooms and public spaces
• Managing rotas, daily schedules and business-level planning
• Training, developing and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results
• Managing linen and supplies, and keeping the department within budget
• Carrying out regular inspections and follow-ups with a sharp eye for detail
• Liaising with maintenance, front office and senior leadership
• Responding professionally to guest feedback and resolving issues quickly
• Ensuring full compliance with health, safety and hygiene policies
• Taking a visible, hands-on role and leading from the front

This is a full-time, permanent role based on-site in Co. Kildare.
