Red D are recruiting a Marketing Manager for a leading hotel and events destination in Co. Mayo.

This is a brilliant role for a commercially minded Marketing Manager who loves variety. You’ll take the lead on all marketing and sales activity across a busy hotel, F&B outlets, meeting and event spaces, and a full calendar of live performances. It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and full of potential.

From digital campaigns and social media to corporate partnerships and local promotions, you’ll be responsible for driving room bookings, event sales, footfall and ticket sales. You’ll also lead MICE sales strategy, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver campaigns that speak to both business and leisure markets.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with:

• 5+ years’ marketing and sales experience in hospitality, events or entertainment
• A proven track record in digital marketing and social media strategy
• Experience with MICE sales and corporate relationship building
• Strong communication, planning and organisational skills
• A mix of creativity and commercial focus, with a results-driven mindset
