Red D are recruiting a Revenue Manager for a leading hotel in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded professional to play a key role in driving business performance through effective pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategies.
About the Role
As Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maximising hotel revenue and profitability across all departments. You’ll analyse market trends, monitor performance, and implement data-led strategies that optimise rates, occupancy, and channel mix. Working closely with the General Manager and the sales and marketing teams, you’ll ensure the hotel achieves its commercial targets and continues to grow market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing and yield management strategies across rooms, F&B, and ancillary revenue streams
- Analyse booking patterns, pace, and demand to identify revenue opportunities
- Monitor competitor pricing and market activity to inform decision-making
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc revenue reports and forecasts
- Lead revenue meetings and collaborate with the management team on strategy
- Oversee rate loading, inventory, and distribution across all channels (direct, OTA, GDS, etc.)
- Maintain strong relationships with OTA market managers and ensure rate parity
- Support sales and marketing teams in developing promotions and packages
- Train and support reservations and front office teams on revenue best practices
- Manage and validate system configurations across RMS, PMS, and CRS platforms
About You
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a hotel revenue management or reservations role
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with excellent Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of systems such as HotSoft, SiteMinder, NetAffinity, or similar
- Commercially aware, organised, and methodical in approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of the Dublin market is an advantage
