Red D are recruiting a Human Resources Manager for a luxury hotel in Co. Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join one of Ireland’s most respected hospitality destinations and play a key role in supporting its people and culture.

About the Role
As HR Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the HR function, ensuring recruitment, training, compliance and employee engagement are managed to the highest standard. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to the management team, fostering a positive, supportive and compliant workplace culture.

This is a fully office-based position and would suit a proactive professional with proven experience in HR management, ideally within hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for internal and external roles using the Occupop system
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and deliver recruitment campaigns
• Represent the hotel at internal and external recruitment fairs
• Oversee the social events and activities calendar for employees
• Maintain compliance with Irish Employment Law and internal policies
• Provide support on employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary processes
• Oversee the fortnightly payroll process and assist the finance team as required
• Manage staff uniforms and assist with training programmes, including Induction Training
• Maintain accurate HR records and produce monthly reports
• Review, update and communicate employee policies in line with company practice
• Offer guidance and support to ensure a positive, safe and inclusive working environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a Human Resources Management position
• HR qualifications and strong knowledge of employment law
• Experience within the hospitality sector is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, proactive and able to build strong relationships across all departments
• Professional, approachable and solutions-focused
