Red D are recruiting a Revenue Manager for a luxury five-star hotel in the West of Ireland. This is a superb opportunity for a commercially focused hospitality professional to take a lead role in driving room revenue, profitability, and strategic growth for one of Ireland’s top hotels.
As Revenue Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing effective pricing strategies, forecasting demand, managing inventory, and analysing performance data to optimise business results. You’ll work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure every opportunity to increase revenue and market share is maximised.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing and revenue strategies that optimise room rates and overall profitability.
- Continuously monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and booking trends to inform decisions.
- Produce accurate forecasts to support budgeting and financial planning.
- Manage room inventory and distribution across all booking channels to ensure optimal yield.
- Analyse key metrics such as occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR to track performance and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to ensure aligned strategies and promotions.
- Stay informed on local market trends, events, and developments impacting demand.
- Utilise revenue management and business intelligence systems to support data-driven decision making.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years’ experience in revenue management, pricing, or a similar hospitality role.
- Proven success in a luxury or five-star environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in revenue management and booking systems, including OTAs.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
