As Director of Sales & Marketing, you’ll take full control of the commercial strategy. You’ll shape sales activity, brand presence, marketing campaigns, partnerships and digital performance. You’ll work closely with the senior team to keep the hotel competitive in the Leinster market and drive results that actually make a difference.

This suits someone who understands the Irish hotel sector, knows how to build strong commercial relationships and has the confidence to deliver sustained revenue growth.

What you’ll do
– Lead the commercial strategy across sales, marketing, digital and PR
– Drive revenue across corporate, leisure, agency and M&E channels
– Strengthen the hotel’s brand presence across all platforms
– Build and maintain key client and agency relationships
– Develop marketing campaigns with clear commercial goals
– Manage budgets, forecasts and the annual sales and marketing plan
– Work closely with the GM, revenue team and department heads to align activity
– Mentor and develop your team, encouraging accountability and confidence
– Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events

What you’ll need
– Experience as Director of Sales & Marketing or senior hotel sales leadership in Ireland
– Strong understanding of the Leinster market
– A proven track record of delivering revenue growth
– Confidence across both sales and marketing
– Solid digital knowledge across web, social and CRM
– Strong communication skills and a collaborative, steady approach
