What you’ll lead

• Full operational responsibility across rooms, food and beverage, front office, housekeeping, and support services
• Recruitment, development, and retention of a motivated, service-focused team
• Delivery of commercial results across accommodation, F&B, cost control and guest satisfaction
• Implementation of standards, procedures, and systems that support smooth, efficient operations
• Close collaboration with owners on strategic planning and financial performance
• A guest experience that’s consistent, warm, and rooted in strong service values

What you’ll bring

• Proven General Manager or senior hotel leadership experience at four-star or higher level
• Strong commercial understanding with a track record of meeting revenue and cost targets
• Experience in pre-opening or major operational transitions is an advantage
• Ability to set expectations clearly, hold people accountable, and build a team around you
• A steady, calm leadership style suited to a busy city hotel
