Red D are recruiting a HR Administrator for a great hospitality company with a brilliant culture and a genuinely fun place to work.
This HR Administrator role suits a recent HR graduate with a friendly, outgoing personality and a real interest in starting a career in HR within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
As HR Administrator, you’ll support the People Team across the full employee life cycle, HR systems, onboarding, training coordination, payroll liaison and day-to-day HR queries. It’s a broad HR Administrator role where you’ll learn quickly and get exposure to every part of the HR function.
What you’ll be doing
- Keeping HR records accurate and up to date
- Supporting onboarding, inductions and HR queries
- Helping managers with HR systems and reports
- Coordinating training schedules and attendance
- Taking minutes for ER meetings
- Assisting with work permits and HR compliance
- Working closely with payroll on employee updates
- Supporting HR projects and engagement activity
- Travelling to sites when needed
What you’ll need
- Some experience in a busy HR environment (internships count)
- Strong communication skills and a people-first attitude
- Confidence with Excel and excellent attention to detail
- Understanding of employment legislation
- Friendly, positive personality
- HR degree or similar is a bonus
Salary
€30,000 to €35,000 per year, plus great benefits including employee discounts, EAP and bike-to-work scheme.
