Red D are recruiting a Restaurant Supervisor for a well-established private members’ club in Dublin. This Restaurant Supervisor role is the key front-of-house leadership position within the restaurant, responsible for overseeing daily service and ensuring consistently high standards for members.

The Restaurant Supervisor will take ownership of the restaurant operation during service, leading the team, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring a professional, welcoming experience for members. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor or Senior Waiter ready to step into a more senior, hands-on leadership role.

The Role

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will:

• Take full responsibility for the smooth running of restaurant service
• Lead, supervise and support the front-of-house team on a daily basis
• Ensure members receive attentive, professional and consistent service
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure efficient service flow
• Complete opening and closing duties and ensure the restaurant is fully prepared
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation
• Handle member feedback and resolve any service issues professionally
• Assist with rostering, stock control and ordering as required
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene standards

The Person

This Restaurant Supervisor role will suit someone who:

• Has experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Head Waiter, or Senior Waiter in a quality hospitality environment
• Is confident taking responsibility for running service
• Is organised, reliable and calm under pressure
• Leads by example and supports their team
• Is professional and consistent in their approach
• Is ready to take ownership of a restaurant operation
