Red D

Red D are recruiting a Hospitality Manager for a flagship five star corporate hospitality operation in Dublin.

This is a rare Monday to Friday Hospitality Manager role within a premium corporate environment. No late night trading. No unpredictable weekend rotas. Instead, a highly polished, executive setting where standards are exacting and performance is visible.

The Hospitality Manager will lead a high end corporate hospitality operation delivering executive level catering and premium events in a fast paced, service focused environment. This is a senior leadership role with real accountability and influence.

If you are currently operating at senior level within a five star hotel and want to bring your experience into a structured corporate setting without compromising standards, this Hospitality Manager opportunity stands out.

The Role

Operational Leadership
• Lead the day to day management of all hospitality services, Monday to Friday
• Oversee premium corporate events and executive hospitality programmes
• Ensure seamless coordination across catering, service and guest experience
• Manage procurement, supplier performance and operational controls

Customer Experience
• Maintain five star service standards across all hospitality touchpoints
• Manage senior stakeholder feedback with confidence and discretion
• Implement structured improvements to enhance client satisfaction

Staff Leadership
• Recruit, train and develop a high performing hospitality team
• Conduct performance reviews and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Create a culture built on accountability, professionalism and pride
• Be present and visible during key corporate events

Financial Oversight
• Manage budgets with strong commercial awareness
• Monitor labour, costs and margins against agreed targets
• Analyse performance and report to senior leadership

Compliance and Standards
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations
• Maintain immaculate presentation standards across all hospitality spaces
• Conduct regular operational reviews to protect quality and reputation

Marketing and Commercial Growth
• Work closely with internal teams to promote hospitality services
• Contribute to strategies that grow corporate engagement and event revenue

The Person

This Hospitality Manager role requires:

• Five plus years’ experience in hospitality, with at least three at management level
• A background in five star hotel or high end hospitality environments
• Strong financial and operational control
• Excellent leadership presence and emotional intelligence
• Confidence dealing with senior executives and corporate stakeholders
• The ability to thrive in a fast paced, detail driven setting

Let’s be honest. Monday to Friday does not mean easy. Corporate hospitality at this level demands precision, speed and judgement. When events are live, there is no margin for error. If you prefer loose structures or reactive management, this will feel exposed.

For the right Hospitality Manager, however, this is arguably one of the most attractive roles in Dublin right now. Senior responsibility. Premium environment. Structured week.

We can only consider candidates with full, unrestricted permission to live and work in the EU. UK passport holders are also welcome to apply.
