Red D are recruiting a Catering Manager for a boutique technology company in Dublin City.

This Catering Manager role leads a small, high-quality workplace food and hospitality operation providing breakfast and lunch each day for a close-knit team within a progressive tech company. The focus is on fresh food, thoughtful presentation and warm, attentive service delivered in a calm and well-run environment.

Working Monday to Friday daytime hours, the Catering Manager will oversee a compact operation where quality matters far more than volume. Breakfast and lunch service form the heart of the day, supported by a well-organised kitchen and a professional front of house approach.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being present on the floor, leading a small team and ensuring standards are consistent every day.

The Catering Manager will also work closely with the client and senior leadership, ensuring the hospitality offering reflects the culture and expectations of a modern workplace.

This role may suit someone currently working as a Catering Manager, Hospitality Manager, Restaurant Manager or Food and Beverage Manager who is looking for a Monday to Friday daytime leadership role.

The Role

Operational Leadership
Oversee the day to day running of the catering and hospitality operation
Manage the delivery of breakfast and lunch service each day
Ensure food quality, presentation and service standards remain consistently high
Maintain a calm, organised and professional service environment
Support both kitchen and front of house teams to deliver a polished experience

Client Relationship
Act as the key hospitality contact for the client and their leadership team
Build a strong and positive day to day relationship with stakeholders
Ensure the hospitality offering reflects the culture of the workplace

Team Leadership
Lead and support a small hospitality team
Provide training and guidance while maintaining clear standards
Create a positive and professional team culture

Commercial Oversight
Manage budgets, purchasing and cost controls
Monitor labour and operational costs while maintaining quality
Ensure full compliance with food safety and health and safety standards

About You

The ideal Catering Manager will come from a strong hospitality background where food quality, service standards and team leadership are taken seriously.

You will bring:

Proven experience leading a hospitality or food service operation
Strong organisational and leadership skills
A professional presence and excellent communication skills
A genuine interest in food and hospitality
The ability to lead a smaller team while remaining hands-on in the operation
