Red D are recruiting a Cluster Director of Revenue for two fantastic hotels in Leinster.
This Cluster Director of Revenue role will suit an exceptional Revenue Manager or experienced Cluster Revenue Manager who understands how to drive serious commercial performance in quality hotels. The successful Cluster Director of Revenue will take full ownership of revenue strategy across both properties, ensuring pricing, forecasting and distribution are managed with precision and discipline.
The Cluster Director of Revenue will work closely with General Managers and commercial teams to maximise revenue across rooms, meetings and events and food and beverage. This is a role for a highly organised, commercially sharp Revenue Manager who thrives on data, understands market dynamics and knows how to translate analysis into results.

The Role
Revenue Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the overall revenue strategy as Cluster Director of Revenue across both hotels
- Develop pricing and inventory strategies that maximise performance and market share
- Ensure strong distribution strategy and channel management
- Work closely with General Managers and commercial teams to drive revenue performance
- Protect rate integrity and ensure optimal positioning in the market
Forecasting & Commercial Analysis
- Deliver accurate forecasting and demand analysis as Cluster Director of Revenue
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and booking patterns
- Provide clear commercial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Drive data-led decision making across the hotels
Revenue Systems & Processes
- Lead revenue meetings and ensure strong commercial communication
- Manage revenue systems, reporting tools and distribution platforms
- Ensure clear and consistent revenue processes across both properties
The Person
- Strong experience as a Revenue Manager or Cluster Revenue Manager within quality hotels
- Deep understanding of hotel revenue strategy, distribution channels and demand forecasting
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical capability with a commercial mindset
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Comfortable managing complex revenue systems and reporting
