What You Should Know
This is a hotel in transition.
You’ll be balancing upgrade works, team development and commercial performance, all at the same time. It’s busy, visible and will require consistent decision-making.
If someone is looking for structure, large teams or layers of support, this won’t suit.
If they want influence, autonomy and the chance to shape a property properly, it’s a strong opportunity.
