Red D are recruiting a Restaurant Manager for a small upmarket, chef-led restaurant in Ballsbridge, Dublin. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager ready to step up, or a Restaurant Manager who prefers a more focused, quality-driven environment.
This is not a large operation. It’s a tight team, a respected name, and a restaurant where standards matter. The focus is on good food, good service, and getting the details right every day.
The Role
You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, leading from the floor and setting the tone for service.
It’s a hands-on role in a chef-led environment, so you’ll need to be organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable working closely with the kitchen while keeping the front of house running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading service and being present on the floor
- Training and developing a small, close-knit team
- Managing opening and closing procedures
- Driving consistency in service and attention to detail
- Creating a steady, positive working environment
- Managing reservations and daily organisation
- Handling guest interaction in a natural, confident way
