The role

As Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day food and beverage operation across the hotel.

You’ll be expected to:

• lead the daily food and beverage operation across all outlets
• drive strong service standards and customer satisfaction
• train, develop and support the team on the floor
• manage rostering, staffing levels and operational flow
• oversee stock control, ordering and inventory management
• support budgeting and keep a close eye on costs
• ensure smooth delivery across weddings, events and peak trading periods
• maintain a visible presence on the floor and lead by example
• work closely with other departments to ensure a joined-up approach
• support sustainability practices within the operation

What we’re looking for

You should have:

• solid experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or a strong Assistant Food and Beverage Manager stepping up
• strong team leadership and people development skills

• strong communication and organisational skills
• an understanding of how to run a quality operation without overcomplicating it
• an interest in sustainability and responsible hospitality
