The role
As Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day food and beverage operation across the hotel.
You’ll be expected to:
- lead the daily food and beverage operation across all outlets
- drive strong service standards and customer satisfaction
- train, develop and support the team on the floor
- manage rostering, staffing levels and operational flow
- oversee stock control, ordering and inventory management
- support budgeting and keep a close eye on costs
- ensure smooth delivery across weddings, events and peak trading periods
- maintain a visible presence on the floor and lead by example
- work closely with other departments to ensure a joined-up approach
- support sustainability practices within the operation
What we’re looking for

You should have:
- solid experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or a strong Assistant Food and Beverage Manager stepping up
- strong team leadership and people development skills
- a hands-on approach to service

- the ability to manage pressure and keep standards consistent
- strong communication and organisational skills
- an understanding of how to run a quality operation without overcomplicating it
- an interest in sustainability and responsible hospitality
