Sales & Marketing Manager | Cork | Four Star Hotel

Red D are recruiting a Sales & Marketing Manager for a well-established four star hotel in Cork.

This is a hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager role where you’ll be driving revenue, building relationships, and keeping the hotel visible and competitive across the market.

The hotel already has a solid base of business. What they need now is a Sales & Marketing Manager who can bring focus to the sales strategy, grow corporate and leisure segments, and keep momentum moving in the right direction.

If you enjoy being out in front of clients, spotting opportunities, and seeing a direct link between your work and performance, this will suit you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving all sales activity across corporate, leisure, groups and events
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships locally and nationally
• Identifying new business opportunities and converting them
• Working closely with the General Manager and operations team to align on revenue goals
• Managing the hotel’s online presence, campaigns and brand positioning
• Monitoring competitors and market trends
• Taking ownership of the sales pipeline and reporting on performance

What we’re looking for:

• A Sales & Marketing Manager with hotel experience, ideally in a four-star property
• Someone commercially sharp who understands how to win and retain business
• A strong relationship builder who is comfortable representing the hotel externally
• A self-starter who will get out and generate business
• Good understanding of digital marketing, without being tied to a desk
• Someone who can bring pace, structure and direction

The reality:

You won’t have a large team or big marketing budgets behind you. This role relies on someone who can think independently, stay close to the market, and drive results through consistent activity.
