Red D are recruiting a Head Chef for a well-known upmarket venue in Cork. Busy, high-volume, with restaurants, bars, events and banqueting all running side by side.
You’ll lead the kitchen day to day and set the direction. The focus is clear, take the food to the next level while keeping everything consistent and under control.
The role
- Lead the kitchen and set the tone
- Run service across restaurants, bars, events and banqueting
- Drive the food forward
- Manage costs, margins and performance
- Build and lead a team that delivers
What we’re looking for
- Experienced Head Chef who has run a high-volume, upmarket kitchen
- Background across restaurants, bars, events and banqueting
- Head Chef, Executive Head Chef or Group Head Chef level
- Wants to take the food on and push it further
- Organised, clear and in control during service
- Takes ownership of standards and direction
HACCP and food safety are a given. Fluent English required.
