Partnerships Manager | Premium Corporate Experiences

Red D are recruiting a Partnerships Manager for one of Ireland’s most distinctive premium experience brands.

This is a different kind of sales role.

You’re not selling rooms, products or packages. You’re introducing a high-value experience that people don’t fully understand until it’s brought to life properly and once they do, they want it.

If you’ve built your career selling luxury, experience, access or something that needs to be explained to land, this will make sense to you.

What you’ll be doing

This is about getting in front of the right people and making it count.

You’ll be:

• Opening doors with corporate decision makers
• Building relationships with companies who value quality, not volume
• Turning conversations into real commercial opportunities
• Positioning a premium experience in a way that feels relevant and worth investing in
• Creating tailored proposals for client entertainment, leadership events and partnerships
• Driving repeat business and long-term relationships
• Representing the brand in the right rooms, with the right people
• Working closely with the business to shape how the experience is packaged and sold

Where you’re likely coming from

You’ve built your career selling something high-value, relationship-led and not always obvious on paper.

You might be working in:

• Luxury travel or private client services
• High-end events or experiential agencies
• Corporate gifting or premium food and drink brands
• Luxury retail or private client sales
• Brand partnerships or sponsorship

You may also come from a high-end hospitality background where you’ve sold experience, access and relationships rather than volume.

What matters

• You can get a meeting without relying on a big brand
• You know how to explain something properly and make it land
• You’re comfortable with senior people and know how to handle a room
• You close business, not circle it
• You understand how to sell luxury, experience and quality
