Red D are recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager for a busy hotel in Co. Kilkenny.

This Food & Beverage Manager role reports directly to the General Manager and takes full responsibility for both the day-to-day running and the ongoing development of the food and beverage operation.

There’s a solid business here with a strong mix of restaurant, bar and events and steady volume throughout the week. The opportunity is to bring more consistency, tighten delivery and build a stronger, more reliable F&B operation.

The Role

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will:

• Lead the full food and beverage operation across restaurant, bar and events
• Work closely with the General Manager on overall performance
• Strengthen service standards and consistency across all areas
• Manage staffing, rosters and labour efficiency
• Recruit, train and develop your team
• Oversee service delivery during busy periods
• Manage stock, suppliers and purchasing with a clear commercial focus
• Handle customer feedback and maintain standards
• Put structure and processes in place to support a stronger operation

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or senior F&B leader
• Strong background across restaurant, bar and events
• Someone who has improved standards and can show results
• Commercial awareness with a clear understanding of costs and margins
• Hands-on, visible leadership style
• Comfortable working closely with a GM and taking ownership
