Restaurant Manager | Luxury Boutique Hotel | Co. Clare, Ireland

Red D are recruiting a Restaurant Manager for a beautifully run, family-owned luxury hotel in Co. Clare.

This is a small, multi award-winning property known for exceptional food, warm hospitality and genuine attention to detail. With an acclaimed restaurant, elegant guest spaces and a strong reputation both in Ireland and internationally, this role would suit someone who enjoys leading from the floor and being part of a close-knit, quality-focused team.

The Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant operation, working closely with the kitchen, bar and reception teams to deliver a seamless guest experience throughout the hotel. This is a very hands-on role where personality, presence and genuine hospitality matter.

You’ll be leading a small team in an environment where standards are high, but the atmosphere is calm, welcoming and personal.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading restaurant service across breakfast and dinner
• Creating a warm, polished and relaxed guest experience
• Managing, mentoring and motivating the restaurant team
• Working closely with the kitchen team on daily service and menu knowledge
• Training staff on service standards, wine knowledge and guest interaction
• Managing reservations, floor plans and daily operations
• Handling guest feedback professionally and confidently
• Supporting stock control, ordering and operational organisation
• Maintaining excellent presentation and attention to detail throughout the restaurant

What we’re looking for:

• Previous Restaurant Manager experience within a quality hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Strong food and beverage knowledge
• A natural host with excellent communication skills
• Someone who leads calmly and sets the tone for the team
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment
• A genuine interest in hospitality and guest experience
