Red D are recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager for a busy Irish hospitality venue in Switzerland.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large-scale operation renowned for its atmosphere, high volume and loyal customer base. The business is fast paced, highly operational and built around exceptional service, strong leadership and consistency.

This role is perfect for a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager who enjoys leading from the floor, developing people and delivering outstanding guest experiences. You’ll be a visible leader with the confidence to motivate a large team, maintain high standards and ensure the operation runs smoothly every day.

The successful candidate will already be operating at senior management level within a busy pub, restaurant or high-volume hospitality business.

The Role

• Lead the day-to-day food and beverage operation across multiple outlets
• Inspire, manage and develop a large front-of-house team
• Deliver exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences
• Manage staffing levels, labour costs and daily operations
• Work closely with the kitchen and senior management team
• Maintain excellent standards of service, presentation and cleanliness
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training
• Monitor financial performance, costs and profitability
• Drive a positive team culture while leading from the floor

• Senior management experience within a busy hospitality operation
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent operational knowledge
• Experience managing large teams in a high-volume environment
• Commercially aware with strong labour and cost control experience
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge
• Highly organised with a hands-on leadership style
• A confident, energetic personality with a passion for hospitality
