Red D are recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie for a small upmarket venue in Co. Kildare.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, delivering high-quality dishes and being part of a professional kitchen team.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team, preparing dishes to a consistently high standard while maintaining excellent food quality, presentation and kitchen standards.

This role would suit a Chef de Partie who is passionate about cooking, takes pride in their work and is looking to develop their career within a quality-focused food operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard across all areas of the kitchen.
• Ensure consistency, quality and attention to detail in all food preparation and service.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver smooth service.
• Maintain excellent standards of food presentation.
• Follow HACCP and food safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with food preparation, stock rotation and kitchen organisation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen.
• Support junior team members and contribute to a positive kitchen environment.
• Assist with menu preparation and seasonal changes as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong culinary skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Passion for fresh ingredients and quality food preparation.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
• Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.

What’s on Offer
