Hospitality Manager | Corporate | Mon – Fri

Red D are recruiting a Hospitality Manager for a high-end corporate client based in Dublin 2.

This is an excellent Hospitality Manager opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering high standards of service while also taking real ownership of events, client relationships and the day-to-day running of a busy corporate hospitality operation.

The Hospitality Manager will lead the front-of-house hospitality team and oversee the planning and delivery of meetings, events and VIP hospitality across a range of premium meeting and event spaces.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be a key point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders, making sure everything from a small meeting to an important event is well planned, professionally delivered and runs smoothly.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, primarily Monday to Friday. The usual working pattern is approximately 7:00am to 3:30pm, with flexibility required for occasional evening events and client dinners.

The Role

As Hospitality Manager, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day hospitality and front-of-house operation
• Manage, motivate and support the on-site hospitality team
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact
• Plan and coordinate meetings, events, functions and VIP hospitality
• Oversee food and beverage service and event set-ups
• Ensure consistently high standards of service, presentation and attention to detail
• Coordinate requirements with internal teams, suppliers and other stakeholders
• Manage ordering, billing and relevant hospitality administration
• Maintain accurate systems, records and operational information
• Support financial controls and ensure costs are appropriately managed
• Continue to refine service standards and procedures across the operation
• Ensure occasional evening events and client dinners are delivered to the same high standard as the daily operation

About You

This Hospitality Manager role will suit someone with strong hospitality and events experience gained in a high-end corporate environment, five-star hotel, private members’ club or another quality hospitality operation.

You’ll need to be confident dealing directly with clients and senior stakeholders, with the ability to remain calm and organised when there are several things happening at once.

Strong service skills are essential, but this role needs more than a good front-of-house presence. You should also be comfortable with the administrative and commercial side of the operation, including systems, ordering, billing and financial controls.

Most importantly, you’ll enjoy being visible within the operation, supporting your team and making sure clients and guests receive an excellent experience every time.
